Logline:
When a meddling journalist is assigned to cover the crime beat, lines get cross and priorities blur as she finds herself caught up in the city's corrupt underbelly - all in an attempt to "get the story".
Synopsis :
In this character-driven procedural set in the investigative unit of a busy Toronto news organization, Cassidy Coleman always gets the story. Law and Order meets The Newsroom in this high action drama, where this seasoned journalist chases crime and crosses boundaries, and where relationships become messy. Cassidy will stop at nothing to get the story out and will go to great lengths to expose the powerful’s secrets, even while sometimes concealing her own.
